• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on xbaij. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different credentials — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

xbaij applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity and protect against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method before a withdrawal request is processed.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with third parties.
• xbaij is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to failure to protect login credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your account upon qualification and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds expire when the validity period ends.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per shared device or IP address.
• xbaij reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or misuse.

Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and carry no monetary value until all wagering conditions have been satisfied. xbaij's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent the platform's integrity systems.
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account under any circumstances.

xbaij investigates all suspected violations thoroughly. Where evidence of prohibited activity is established, xbaij may void all bets placed, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the xbaij platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, visual design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbaij or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or exploited in any form without the express written consent of xbaij.

Unauthorized use of xbaij's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbaij and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game results.
